There's a flat $105 diagnostic fee, and it goes toward your repair when you choose to proceed. Total cost depends on the appliance, the fault and the parts needed — but you'll have the exact number before the technician does any work, and you'll never pay for a repair you haven't approved.
Are there hidden fees or trip charges?
No. The quote covers parts, labour and the service call. What we quote is what you pay.
How soon can you get here?
Same-day or next-day for most repairs. Emergencies like a leaking washer or a fridge that's stopped cooling get priority dispatch, often within hours. Call and we'll give you a precise arrival window.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes — we're open seven days a week, 8am to 10pm, and emergency repairs are available outside standard hours.
What if my appliance can't be fixed?
We repair more than 90% of the appliances we see. If yours isn't worth the repair, you'll get an honest assessment and help understanding your options — with no pressure to buy anything.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour, and we use OEM or equivalent parts. If the same issue returns in that window, we fix it at no extra cost.

LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, Bosch, Frigidaire, GE and all other major brands.
How do I pay?
Cash, cheque, e-transfer, and all major credit and debit cards.
